in-store brand experience
The North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences and I worked together to create and launch this visual campaign promoting museum memberships.
Located in the gift shop, the designs focus on the museum’s mission of conservation in North Carolina and around the world.
Created as a call to action and educational piece, the installations show visitors the real world impact a membership can have on vital conservation efforts.

Creating the Campaign
Through a multi-year grant from the NCAA, Gameday Memories was launched to promote healthier drinking habits among Wake Forest students. As the campaign’s visual manager, I was responsible for creative direction and the execution of key marketing assets and giveaways.
the mission
Working alongside the Prevention Director at Wake Forest, and in partnership with Wake Forest University Football, my focus was on two primary goals: decreasing risky behaviors by keeping students at games longer with sought-after giveaways and increasing awareness of recourses on campus such as Sober Tailgates, group and individual substance abuse counseling, and healthy behaviors education.
Marketing & Assesment
A key feature of the campaign was a unique QR code/link strategy. Each marketing and giveaway component—down to the embedded sweatshirt tag—featured its own code, enabling us to track engagement and measure the effectiveness of each piece across the campaign.
Marketing materials included:
Banners, flyers, and A-frame signs
Two-sided business info cards
Digital screen content
Social media promotion
Custom toilet paper
Sticker collection
A dedicated web presence
Day-of event landing pages
Howdy, Partner
To ensure we met the campaign’s goal I introduced several new marketing strategies across campus, including partnerships with on-campus coffee shops. We produced custom coffee sleeves and stickers to engage students during the football season, further expanding the campaign’s reach.
Custom toilet paper? You bet.
In alignment with our partnership with Wake Forest University Football, and a celebration of one of our most beloved traditions, The Rolling of the Quad which takes place after football victories, I designed and produced custom toilet paper that directed students towards different on-campus resources. Why print fliers when you can give out branded toilet paper?
engaging Giveaways
High-quality giveaways were designed to encourage students to engage with the campaign and explore educational opportunities. Based on previous assessments, Wake-themed giveaways were the most desirable among students.
Giveaways included:
Enamel pins
Tumblers
Embroidered socks and hats
Fan favorite Wake pennant sweatshirt
Branded hammocks
Alma-mater T-shirts
Pink giveaways for Breast Cancer Awareness game
Community Mural
Creative Direction • Large Scale Installation
It was an honor to be asked to lead this mural project in collaboration with the Office of Wellbeing and the Office of Sustainability.
The unique challenge of this mural was creating a design that could be painted by the community in a limited time frame, which required me to carefully consider color overlap and complexities that would not have worked for the event timeframe.

MuralFest Selected Artist
I was honored to be selected as a mural artist for the Art For Art’s Sake MuralFest, where I live-painted a mural inspired by my personal writings on confronting anxiety and envisioning all the good the future holds.
The mural, painted in black and white with organic hand lettering, was kept bold and simple to invite viewers to pause and engage with the message on a personal level.
a/perture product launch
Creative Direction • Production • Window Display
In collaboration with the Executive Director of a/perture cinema I re-imagined and executed a new merchandise line for purchase online and in theater.
This project’s most exciting challenge was creating a product line that appealed to a wide demographic of moviegoers while maintaining cohesion.

Products included:

Chad’s Chai Apparel
Illustration • Hand Lettering
in-store brand experience
This custom hand lettered illustration was commissioned by Chad’s Chai in celebration of their first retail location.
They asked that the design parallel their branding but leave room for playfulness. I took inspiration from the 70s with this design and tied in their brand by incorporating brand colors and hand drawn elements such as stars and curves that can be found in their logo and packaging design.
Wellness at MCLA
Branding • Illustration
In collaboration with The Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts I created this brand suite to facilitate their Wellness at MCLA launch. Brand includes logo mark, poster series, yard signs, staff apparel, along with various giveaway assets.
Building Wellness
For this campaign we wanted to create messaging around the eight dimensions of wellness to create actionable and practical steps towards wellness for students. The tagline “Everyone’s trail to wellness looks different” encourages viewers to find what works for them in creating a holistic wellness practice.
